What are your delivery options?
For purchase of total value below $500 (nett), upon check out you may select one of the delivery option rates below that best suits you:

Option 1: Self Collection at showroom or head office (No charge)

Option 2: LIGHTCRAFT’s Own Delivery Team – during weekdays 9am – 6pm only ($48.15)
You can select this option for items that are larger in size and weight, and/or require LIGHTCRAFT’s installation services.

Option 3: Third-party delivery partners – 3 to 5 working days  (charges applies based on your purchased items)
You can select this option for smaller items that can be delivered via our appointed third-party delivery partners such as ARAMEX, QXPRESS, JANIO EXPRESS etc…

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.

Do you offer free delivery?
Our standard free delivery service are for purchases with a total value of $500 (nett) and above. Please note that we do not deliver to Sentosa, Jurong Island, offshore islands, military bases or other restricted areas or any address outside of Singapore.

Can I do self-collection?
Yes, self-collection at our Head Office (11 Kaki Bukit View) and Retail Showroom (Jalan Sultan) are available, please select this option at check-out. There is no charge for self-collection.

How do I know whether my item is ready for self-collection?
You will receive an email notifications from us within 24 hours.
For self-collection at our Jalan Sultan Showroom, due to stock availability in our showroom, we may require an additional 1-2 working days to get the items ready for your collection. (Working days applies to Monday to Friday)

What is the estimated delivery dates and timing by third-party delivery service?
LIGHTCRAFT uses third-party delivery partners for customers that requires no installation services from us. Delivery of your orders are usually ship between 2 and 5 working days from the date our third-party delivery partners collected from our warehouse.

After you placed the order from us and confirmed payment, we will process it within 48 hours.

Any order that comes in after 6pm on a Friday, it will only be processed on the following Monday. (Working days applies to Monday to Friday)

Do you offer same day delivery service?
No, unfortunately we do not offer same day delivery service.

What does “1 working day” and “1-2 working day” delivery refer to by our third-party delivery partners?
“1 working day” refer to, from the date the selected delivery partners collected your items from our warehouse, they will delivers the items on the next working day.

Example for “1 working day” by third-party delivery partners:
– Orders placed on Monday before 6pm > delivery partners collect your items at our warehouse on Tuesday > Items delivers to you on Wednesday.
– Orders placed on Monday after 6pm > order process on Tuesday > delivery partners collect your items at our warehouse on Wednesday > Items delivers to you on Thursday.
– Orders placed on Friday before or after 6pm > delivery partners collect your items at our warehouse on the following Monday > Items delivers to you on Tuesday.

Example for “1-2 working days” by third-party delivery partners:
– Orders placed on Monday before 6pm > delivery partners collect your items at our warehouse on Tuesday > Items delivers to you Wednesday or Thursday.
– Orders placed on Monday after 6pm > Order will process on Tuesday > delivery partners collect your items at our warehouse on Wednesday > Items delivers to you on Thursday or Friday.
– Orders placed on Friday before or after 6pm > delivery partners collect your items on following Monday > Items delivers to you Tuesday or Wednesday.

(Working days applies to Monday to Friday) 

Can I request the Third-Party Delivery Partners to deliver my items at a specified time and date?
Sorry, we are unable to control or request operations and delivery schedule by our appointed 3rd-party delivery partners. Once items are collected from our warehouse, you will be notified by email with a tracking number to track your delivery.

What is the estimated delivery dates and timing by LIGHTCRAFT’s Own Delivery Team?
LIGHTCRAFT Local delivery timing are only available during weekdays: Monday to Friday, between 10am and 6pm.
Our operation team will contact you to advise the necessary arrangements.

Please Note: It is required for customers to be present during the stipulated delivery time by LIGHTCRAFT delivery to avoid holding up the delivery team from deliveries to other customers. We seek your understanding on this. Customers or his representative are required to check immediately upon receipt of the items. No claims for breakage, shortage or damage shall be entertained unless notified to us in writing three days of receipt of goods.

Your delivery location must also be accessible via elevator (i.e. on the same storey as lift landing) or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area. Free Delivery is made anywhere within Singapore (except offshore islands and restricted zones).

If the delivery crew is unable to send your items to your location via the elevator at point of delivery (e.g Lighting fixture are unable to fit into elevator, or elevator unserviceable upon delivery crew’s arrival, or refusal of elevator access by building management etc.) LIGHTCRAFT will assess (at our own discretion) the feasibility of the Lighting fixture being carried up via staircase in a non-hazardous manner. Should delivery via staircase be deemed safe, additional charges per item will

Lightcraft Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the delivery date and time should any unforeseen circumstances arise in the midst of delivery. While we endeavor to adhere to our schedule delivery timings and warrant to act within our means to notify you the soonest possible of any delays or difficulties, you acknowledge that you will, at no point in time, hold Lightcraft Pte Ltd liable for any inconvenience, losses, damages, injury, charges, expenses and/or deaths that may arise from any delayed, postponed, incomplete or unfulfilled deliveries, to the extend permitted by Law.

Do you ship and delivery overseas?

No, we currently do not offer overseas shipping.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

No, we do not deliver to PO boxes.
