The prices you see on our website are nett and there is no GST charged on checkout. The only charges that you may incur will be for delivery.

Our items are in stock except for pre-order items and otherwise stated in the product description. Pre-order items have a lead time of up to 7 weeks from placement of order to delivery.

We have a retail showroom located at 131 Jalan Sultan, shophouses at junction of Victoria Street and Jalan Sultan. Find us here. Our full range of electric fashion are well laid out in this spacious 11,000 sq ft of showroom space with a wide collection of the best designs sourced from around the world.

Simply click on your desired item, add it to your shopping cart with your desired quantity and once you are ready, you can proceed to your shopping cart for check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

No, you may check out your order as a guest. However you are highly encouraged to sign up for an account to minimize the hassle of entering your details again for future orders.

We accept payments made via Visa and Mastercard only.

We do not allow amendments to be made to your order once it is placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors.

Delivery is FREE only with a minimum order amount of $500 (nett) and above. Free delivery only applies to Local (Singapore) address.

You will have 3 types of delivery option rates: Self-collection (free), Domestic or Standard. Just select one of the delivery option rates that best suits you. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg

All items purchased from us will only be delivered to addresses within Singapore with the exception of offshore islands and restricted zones*. No delivery will be made to post office boxes.

*These include but not limited to: airports, power stations, military camps, border checkpoints, key government buildings (IRAS, Parliament House, Resort World Sentosa)

Yes, you can. Select the self-collect option when you check out. We will send you a confirmation email once your order is packed and ready for collection. Furthermore, there is no charge for self-collection.

Once your order is packed and ready for delivery, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking number from the shipping company that you have choosen. We usually ship your orders in 3 – 5 working days if the stocks are available, otherwise, we will contact you to make further arrangement.

We apologise for sending you an incomplete order. Please email us at: esupport@lightcraft.com.sg. within 24 hours from receipt of item with supporting invoice number, photos or videos. You may also call us at  6744 2441 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm).

Yes, we do provide installation service for lights that are purchased from our shop. Installation charges will be based on your purchase and requirements. For more details on our installation charges, please email us at: esupport@lightcraft.com.sg.

Lighting tip: If you have signed for home renovation package, electrical installation would usually be included, check with your designer or contractor regarding this! This will save you on installation costs.
